There have been times when away from our mothers we’ve missed food cooked by her. It’s the taste that we develop since childhood and want to keep forever. However, it does not happen always when either we move out of the family or fate doesn’t allow us to stay together. Then ‘Motherspoon’ steps in.
Motherspoon is a device designed as a part of Electrolux design challenge by Okan Akgöl. It records the recipe and cooking method of the food cooked using sensors in the device and saves in Electrolux internet program. This recorded method can be accessed by the child using his motherspoon and can even access each others’ data. The recipes can be shared as well and downloaded to personal motherspoons.
I know this kind of technology can bring smiles to thousands of faces who missed their home cooked food. To know detailed information about the product, visit Tuvie.
