So the act of catching bugs was always a droned out and dull one to start with. You can never imagine a trendy mechanism which looks anything but a bug catcher to be invented and be placed in your backyard one fine day, isn’t it? David Ponce has come out with a unique device (if you can call it that) to get away with your insects and do it rightly a trendy way.
It was always the citronella candles or the primitive bug zapper which would have to take care of the insect problem in your backyard but with the coming of ‘InaTrap Electronic Insect Killer’, things will look different. Put it in your backyard and you will feel that it is an alien looking object which will add glances at your backyard and mind you, good ones.
Talking about how it works- it attracts the bugs by emitting some CO2. This mimics the human breath which the insects can’t really differentiate. The instrument also releases a soft LED glow further attracting the bugs towards it. Before they realise that they have reached their death bed and that they were duped by the mean-little machine, these insects are nicely sucked towards the machine and dumped into the basket. So you get it that the insects are not killed but just caught upon. From here you can decide whether to kill the bugs or just release them somewhere else. The device starts at $85 and you have a variety of colours to choose from.
